Yes. Apart from Malaysia, Property365 solutions have been implemented in Singapore, Myanmar, Philippines, China, Indonesia and Singapore.

Support

We use the JIRA system where current clients can key in their requests and these are promptly attended to by our tech support and consultants. If the matter is urgent, clients should get in touch with the person-in-charge of the account.

Yes. Clients can also opt to call us at our Customer Careline at 1300-30-4322 or 1300-30-IFCA. You may contact us from 9am – 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays. If you require support beyond the hours listed here, do contact our Client Managers for assistance.

On-premise implementation would depend on the modules purchased. As a rule of thumb, Property365 will try to keep solution implementation within 6 work days.

Cloud Solutions & Subscription

 

With our cloud-enabled solution, there is no need to install hardware or an IT personnel to set-up the system to start using the purchased modules. Once the necessary login credentials have been created, all you need to do is login and begin performing tasks.

Yes. We take all the necessary measures to secure your data, be it on-premise or Cloud. For example, we recently submitted our CRM Application to a Penetration Test which was conducted by LE Global Services (LGMS), an internationally certified security services provider. We scored Level 5 – Highly Secure in the Penetration Test.

We will continuously engage third-party accredited service providers to ensure the highest level of security for our solutions.

Yes. Property developers can subscribe to what they need now, and add Property365 modules as the need grows.

Subscribers can stop subscription when their property project ends, and get in touch with us to restart when there’s a new project on-hand.

Upon purchase of modules, subscription-based Cloud solutions can be activated within 2 work days.

Latest versions will be reflected in the system automatically. There is no need for any external upgrades.

Prices depend on the modules you subscribe to. In general, the subscription will not change for at least the first two years. For subsequent years, Rest assured, we will continue to keep the pricing at an affordable range and there are no hidden costs.

We have subscription option for all our solutions – CRM, Customer Service, Sales Administration and Business Intelligence.
